Bedrock

Most teams do not need more traffic. They need less friction.

The gap between someone being interested and someone becoming a customer is where the money goes missing. We find the specific place it happens and build the fix.

What we do

Where we tend to be useful.

Funnels and onboarding

Most drop-off happens in the three or four steps between interest and activation. We map those steps, find the one that leaks, and fix it.

First impressions

Most of the decision gets made in the first few seconds, long before anyone reads the detail. We work on what someone sees first, and whether it earns the second look.

Internal tools and automation

The spreadsheet that runs your business is a piece of software with no error handling. We replace the parts that have started to hurt.

How we work

Specific, and judged on the result.

01

We start with the problem, not the brief

Briefs describe a solution someone already picked. We spend the first conversation on what is actually going wrong.

02

We ship something small and real

A narrow thing in production beats a broad thing in a document. The first delivery is deliberately small enough to judge.

03

We keep what works

If it does not move the number it was built to move, we say so and we change it. Scope grows from evidence, not from the plan.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

How do you usually start?

A short call about the problem, then a written back of what we heard and what we would do first. If that reads wrong, nothing has been spent.

Who do you usually work with?

It varies more than you would expect. The common thread is a specific problem someone already knows they have, rather than a general wish for things to be better.

Do you work alongside existing teams?

Often. We are usually brought in for a specific piece rather than to take over a roadmap, and we hand back everything we build.

Where are you based?

Bedrock is the trading name of Nofini Limited, registered in England and Wales. Work is remote.

Tell us what is not working.

One short conversation about the problem. If we are not the right people for it, we will say so.
